Like Series 1 and Series 2, Extended Series delivers a 250-card base set. This brings the total set across the three releases up to #750.
Here, the first 200 cards are veterans. The final 50 are a mix of Young Guns Rookie Cards and 1st Round Rookies. Both of these subsets are short prints, combining to land every other hobby pack or six per box.
Parallels include:
It’s not just the main set that’s growing. Some of the inserts are a continuation as well.
UD Canvas is back with more stellar photography. Of course, the canvas card stock is there, too. Subsets here include Young Guns, Legends, and All-Stars. Additional parallels versions come in Black and White, and Printing Plates. All UD Canvas cards combine to land 1:3 hobby packs.
The always colorful Dazzlers expand as well with one Blue version per hobby box. Pink and retail-only Green are among the other colors available.
Population Count, which are inspired by graded cards, grows. The “pop” numbered featured matches with the card’s print run, although they are not serial numbered. Levels include Population Count 1000, 500, 100, 50, 25, 10 and 1.
Other inserts include Silver Skates (1:5 packs), Hockey Heroes (1:15 packs), HoloGrFX Rookies (1:60 packs) and HoloGrFX Future Fame (1:360 packs).
Seeing Red (1:3 packs) makes its debut. Silver Spectrum (1:36 packs) and blaster-only Gold Foil (1:4 packs) join them.
Virtually all Upper Deck sets now reach into the company’s past in some form. 2023-24 Extended Series Hockey does on several fronts. 2008-09 Upper Deck Retro has both veterans (1:10 packs) and Young Guns (1:7 packs). Parallels come in Exclusives (/100), High Gloss (/10) and Printing Plates (1/1).
It’s not just old flagship sets that get the insert treatment here.
1997-98 SPx Holoview Retros (1:6 packs) draw from the original hologram-driven release. Red (/250) and Gold (/50) versions are also available.
1998-99 UD3 (1:4 packs) stick with the decade. Numbered parallels include Blue (/1000), Gold (/200) and Red (/50).
Special Forces delves into MVP’s past. These are on the tougher side, falling 1:60 packs or approximately every fifth hobby box.
Moving up a decade are 2003-04 Beehive cards (1:7 packs, Rookies 1:10). Red (/250), Gold (/50) and Printing Plates (1/1) can be found for these.
Finally, there’s 2007-08 Black Diamond (1:29 packs). Like the original, standard parallels add to the star count with 2 Star (1:43 packs), 3 Star (1:50 packs), and 4 Star (1:200 packs). Ruby versions numbered to 100 also exist as do Emerald Autographs for select players (/10, Rookies /25).

2023-24 SPx Hockey might not have winking holograms like in the brand’s early days in the 1990s. However, technology still plays a central role on the high-end checklist.
Hobby boxes consist of just five cards, at least one of which is an autograph. Memorabilia cards and a variety of inserts are also possible.
The base set is a modest 200 cards, split evenly between veterans and rookies. In both instances, standard versions are numbered to 299.
Parallels include Parallax Purple (/149), Radiance (/100), Grand Finale (/50) and NHL Shield Die-Cut Hologram (/25).
Some cards also get the Autograph (Veterans 1:15 packs, Rookies – 1:10 packs), numbered Autograph Patch and one-of-one Autograph Premium Memorabilia treatment.
Signatures take on several forms in 2023-24 SPx Hockey, well beyond the base card variations. Rookie Jersey Autographs come in three tiers of rarity, numbered to either 375, 175 or 75 depending on the player. Spectrum parallels have no more than 75 copies each while Patch Spectrum parallels top out at 35. This year, there are also Patch Gold Spectrum one-of-ones.
SPx Signature Fabrics are numbered to 99 or less. These highlight veteran players, their autographs and memorabilia. Spectrum (/25 or less), Patch Spectrum (/10 or less) and Patch Gold Spectrum (1/1) parallels are also on the checklist.
2003-04 20th Anniversary Rookie Auto Jersey (/99) throw things back two decades as far as designs go. Spectrum (/25), Patch Spectrum (/5) and Patch Gold Spectrum (1/1) versions are available here as well.
As far as standard autographs go, Auto Holographs might not be pure holograms, but they do have a bit of that ’90s vibe. Available for both rookies and veterans, both have Red, Gold and one-of-one Blue parallels.
New X-Over Signatures take a quality approach over quantity when it comes to its checklist. Featuring top stars and rookies, base versions have just 15 copies each with additional Red (/10), Gold (/5) and Blue (1/1) parallels also available.
Other autograph themes on the 2023-24 SPx Hockey checklist include Superscripts (1:18 packs), Rookie Superscripts (1:10 packs), X Marks the Spot Autos (1:40 packs) and X Marks the Spot Rookie Autos (1:20 packs).
Collectors aren’t going to find typical card stock on the various 2023-24 SPx Hockey inserts.
Shadow box cards have been around for a while, but they’re getting a bit of a twist this time. Starscape Shadow Box provides a new theme and revamped design. The layered look remains, as does the blend of rookies (1:15 packs) and stars (1:25 packs). Silver Spectrum parallels are numbered to 99 while Gold Spectrum have just 10 copies each.
Hardwired for Success (/99) is a new addition. Red (/65), Gold (/35) and Blue (1/1) parallels make up the modest rainbow.
Finite Rookies (/799) bring a more expanse parallel list with Gold (/399), Green (/199), Platinum (/99), Silver Spectrum (/49), Gold Spectrum (/25), Green Spectrum (/10) and Platinum Spectrum (1/1).
Other returning inserts include the four-player SPx Force (1:200 packs) and Radiance FX (/949).
Upper Deck’s sleek UD Black brand finds a home in 2023-24 SPx once again with an assortment of autographs, memorabilia cards and other inserts.
UD Black Lustrous Rookie Signatures are numbered to 299 and under with parallels limited to Gold (/25) and Emerald (1/1). Auto Patch versions add memorabilia to the mix. These have no more than 125 copies plus one-of-one Spectrum parallels, as well as Clarity (/15) and Clarity Spectrum (1/1) variations.
Steel Signatures are tough at 1:240 packs. Gold (/25) and Emerald (1/1) parallels add a numbered element.
More UD Black autographs include Pride of a Nation (/99 or less), Obsidian Scripts (1:80 packs) and Obsidian Rookie Scripts (1:240 packs).
For strictly memorabilia, there are Obsidian Jerseys. Rookies come numbered to 149 while veterans are 99. Both have Gold and one-of-one Emerald parallels as well.
Obsidian Rookies inserts give collectors another shot at first-year standouts. There are base (/199), Gold (/99) and Emerald (/30) versions.

The base set has 150 cards — 100 veterans and 50 rookies, which land one per pack. This is also the big part of the rainbow, with each card getting a big helping of parallels:
Some base cards also have autograph versions that highlight color:
Over the past couple of years, Color Flow has become a cornerstone insert in Allure Hockey. Players have five cards that when put together for a full rainbow spectrum:
At the end of this is a Golden Treasures one-of-one version.
Color Flow cards also have serial-numbered Spectrum parallels:
Select rookies also have Full Rainbow Autographs that land 1:32 hobby packs as well as Golden Treasures Autographs (1/1).
New this year are Color Flow Stanley Cup cards showcasing hockey’s top prize. These are limited to just three main versions, albeit with tough odds: Red-Orange (1:200 packs), Yellow-Green (1:267 packs) and Blue-Purple (1:800 packs). Their respective Spectrum parallels are numbered to 99, 50 and 10. A Full Rainbow Autograph for this is 1:2,160 hobby packs.
Retro gaming gets a nod on the 2023-24 Upper Deck Allure Hockey checklist with a new batch of 16 Bit inserts. These reimagine current players and rookies with pixel art found in games like NHL 95. With 1:576 hobby pack odds, they’re among the toughest cards in the product.
Taking a similar approach with rarity is Doubloons. The look is very different, though, casting past, present and future stars against a golden background. Doubloons fall 1:108 hobby packs.
Other Allure inserts include Polished Pros (1:6 packs), Iced Breakaway (1:7 packs), Lumber Masters (1:8 packs) and Golden Goalies (1:11 packs). All four of these have Orange (/399), Green (/249), Red (/99), Purple (/10) and Golden Treasures (1/1) parallels.
Select cards also get the autograph treatment.

Credentials has a 150 card base set — 50 base veterans and 100 rookies.
All rookies fall under the Debut Ticket Access banner and come in four levels of rarity. Each comes serial numbered to 999, 799, 599 or 299.
Parallels come in several colors. These include:
Veterans also have Teal (/399) and Indigo (/249) versions.
There are also Acetate variations that are numbered to 249 for rookies and 149 for veteran stars.
The Debut Ticket Access theme, which is similar to Panini’s Contenders Rookie Tickets, is a central part of the product’s autograph lineup. Base versions have print runs of either 299, 199 or 99.
Joining them are Yellow (/125 or /75), Red (/99 or /49), Orange (/45 or /25), Blue (/35 or /15), Green (/25), Purple (/10) and Black (1/1) parallels.
Ticket Access Autographs take a similar approach, only with veteran players. Base versions have varying print runs and have Yellow (/25), Red (/10), Orange (/5), Blue (/4), Green (/3), Purple (/2) and Black (1/1) parallels.
Acetate versions are available for both Rookie Ticket Access and Ticket Access Autographs.
Dual Ticket Access Autographs pair up signatures from two players. Parallels for these are tough, dropping in Yellow (/10), Red (/6), Orange (/5), Blue (/4), Green (/3), Purple (/2) and Black (1/1).
Rounding out the ticket theme are Retro Ticket Access Autographs (/25). Parallels come in seven levels, all numbered to 15 or fewer.
Main Stage Signatures add more ink to the 2021-22 Upper Deck Credentials Hockey checklist. These start at 1:80 packs with scarce Gold (Tier 1 – 1:640, Tier 2 – /10) and Black (1/1) parallels.
It’s important to note that while signatures are definitely available in 2021-22 Upper Deck Credentials Hockey, they’re not a guarantee in every hobby box. These promise either an autograph or an acetate card.
2021-22 Upper Deck Credentials Hockey has several additional insert sets.
Rookie Arrivals are the most common, landing approximately every other pack. In addition to these are autographs (1:40 packs) for select cards.
Star of the Night offers up 1st, 2nd and 3rd versions for both veterans and rookies. For vets, each level is 1:10 hobby packs. Rookies are 1:15 packs for 1st and 2nd Star, and 1:17 packs for 3rd Star. Numbered autographs are also available.
Light FX stock is used for Speed of the Game, which are 1:6 hobby packs for rookies and 1:16 for stars.
View from the Glass are among the toughest cards in the product, with 1:320 odds for both veterans and rookies. Gold Spectrum parallels have 25 copies each.
Although there’s no full 2020-21 Upper Deck Credentials Hockey release, there are some cards here planned for a potential release that are being put out as “updates.”
For starters, there are 2020-21 Debut Ticket Access base cards highlighting the previous year’s rookie crop. Available in multiple rarities, cards have print runs of 999, 799, 599 and 299 depending on the player.
The parallel lineup is similar to 2021-22 cards and consists of:
Debut Ticket Access Autographs once again include on-card signatures. Base versions come numbered to either 199 or 99 with additional Yellow (/75 or /35), Red (/49 or /25), Orange (/25 or /15), Blue (/15 or /10), Green (/10 or /5), Purple (/3) and Black (1/1) parallels also on the checklist.
Select Debut Ticket Access cards also get Acetate (/199) and Acetate Autograph (/99) versions.

2023-24 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey is a big fan of the number three and its multiples. From tiers on the checklist to serial numbers, the number is a common theme on many parts of the product’s checklist.
One place where the product goes rogue is in the number of hits per hobby box with two total autographs or memorabilia cards.
Building the entire base set requires 250 cards. Within that, though, are four distinct sections with ranging rarities. Veterans take up the first 100 slots and are the most plentiful. The remaining 150 cards are the same group of 50 rookies, each with three (there’s that number) separate Common (/999), Uncommon (/699) and Rare (/299) versions.
Vet parallels require a bix of a matrix as three core colors each have common, uncommon and rare versions:
One-of-one Purple parallels are also available.
Rookies have a similar mix of colors, all the while sticking with their tiers:
Select base cards throughout the checklist also have upgrades with signatures and swatches.
Veteran versions include Jersey (1:24 packs), Gold Autographs (1:48 packs), Patch, numbered Patch Autographs and one-of-one Purple Autographs.
For memorabilia, common rookies have Jersey (/499), Patch (/49) and Tag (/5) parallels. Gold Autographs are numbered to 499 or less for Common, 199 or fewer for Uncommon and 33 or less on Rare. Purple Autographs (1/1) are also available here.
Signature Pucks have been a Trilogy staple for years. These have a piece of puck-like material embedded in them that is used for the signing surface. Standard versions are 1:60 packs for veterans and 1:120 for rookies. Both have Team Logo (/24) and NHL Shield Logo (/3) parallels.
Similar cards include 2022-23 Rookie Update Signature Pucks (/149), goalie-focused Signature Puckstoppers (1:500 packs) and Team Canada Signature Pucks (1:400 packs).
Other autograph themes in 2023-24 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey include Scripted Hall of Fame Plaques (/25), AutoFocus (1:1,200 packs), AutoFocus Rookies (1:1,200 packs) and Crystalized Signatures (1:1,200 packs). Each of these four sets come with on-card signatures.
Memorabilia-specific sets fall under the Team Twigs (/10), Back in Time (/35), and Honorary Triple Swatches (/35 or less).
The 2023-24 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey checklist has a few other insert sets for collectors to chase as well.
Trilogy Generations (1:4 packs) return. These puzzle cards go together to showcase franchise lineage with past, present and emerging stars. Red (/799), Blue (/349), Green (/99) and Pink (/25) parallels are available. Hit versions include numbered Autographs, Jersey (/99), Gold Autographs (/10), Patch (/10), Patch Autographs (/10) and Purple Patch Autographs (1/1).
The debuting Trivium (1:40 packs) take a similar approach only with three players on one card rather than spreading them out. Gold Tint (/49) and Black Ice (1/1) are the parallels here.
Rookie Renditions (1:5 packs) is another place where first-year standouts get the spotlight. Standard parallels line up with Trilogy Generations. Jersey (1:40 packs), Autographs (/99 or less), Patch Autographs (/25 or less) and Purple Patch Autographs (1/1) are also available.
There’s also Rookie Premier (1:32 packs) that also have Gold Tint (/49) and Black Ice (1/1) versions.
Triple Gold Club (/199) highlights players who have won hockey’s biggest prizes on both the NHL ice and international stage.

CLEAR CUT HOCKEY: 1 Card per Box
The full 2023-24 Artifacts Hockey base set has 250 cards. That said, it’s broken down into four distinctly themed sections. The first half makes up the basic shell set. The next 70 cards are a mix of stars, goalies and legends, each numbered to 599. Thirty rookies (/999) take things up to 200 cards.
The balance of the base set is made up of 50 different Rookie Redemptions that won’t take on their final form until later in the season. These allow Upper Deck to work some of the top debuts of the 2023-24 season into the final checklist. Redemptions land 1:18 hobby packs.
The first 200 cards have a fairly large assortment of standard parallels:
Tourquoise and Spectrum Jungle (/15) parallels are only in blasters.
Beyond these are several levels of numbered versions infused with two memorabilia pieces. The more scarce the version, the more premium the pieces. Some also include signatures.
Besides the basic planned redemptions, there are a few others to look for.
All 50 cards have Emerald parallels. Exclusive to hobby, these are 1:130 packs.
Five key players get Horizontal SP Photo Variants (1:265 packs), which have their own Emerald versions (1:5,200 packs).
Retro Rookie Redemptions (15 cards, 1:45 packs) take on a previous Artifacts design.
Six players have a mix of memorabilia and autographed memorabilia versions while 18 first-year players have Autograph Variations.
Not all of the hits in 2023-24 Upper Deck Artifacts Hockey are offshoots of the base set. There are a handful of other places with autographs and relics.
Arena Artifacts (/65) have pieces taken from Pittsburgh’s Civic Arena, which is where the Penguins played from 1967 through 2010.
Signature Apparel and Admirable Impressions are among the auto memorabilia rarities that carry on from past installments.
Although focused primarily on the inserts used for the product’s Bounty program, Aurum Signatures add an autograph layer. Besides single-signed versions from past, present and future stars that have 25 copies each, there are scarce Duals (/5).
More ink in 2013-14 Upper Deck Artifacts Hockey is available in AutoFacts, 2005-06 Retro AutoFacts, Award Winners Autographs, Signs of Success, Storied Scripts, Top 12 Rookie Signatures 2022-23 Update, and Top Tier Rookie Signatures.
Among the memorabilia highlights are All-Star Artifacts, NHL Remnants, Selection Souvenirs, Silky Mitts, Treasured Swatches, and Threads of Time. There’s also the return of multi-piece Tundra Tandems, Tundra Teammates Duos, and Tundra Teammates Quads.
Hobby packs are the only place to find 2022-23 Clear Cut Artifacts Rookies. Following a similar theme but with a past design are 2005-06 Clear Cut Retro Artifacts Rookies.
Aurum is a large 48-card insert set done with Gold Light FX technology. On the back is a Bounty code. Encouraging collectors to go after the set, those that enter codes for every card get a pair of Aurum achievement cards that bring the checklist up to 50 total cards.
There’s also a race element for more exclusives that aren’t in packs. The first 25 to finish get a special 12-card Aurum set. The first 10 also get an autograph. The three fastest collectors receive an additional dual autograph as well.

The base set and its many parallels sit at the core of OPC Platinum. It totals 300 cards with 200 veterans and 100 Marquee Rookies. This is one of the few Upper Deck hockey card sets where there are no base short prints. All are available in equal quantities.
More than a dozen parallels are available in hobby packs alone, with more likely in retain configurations:
All told, Platinum average out to 16 parallels per hobby box. Of those collectors can expect to find five that are serial numbered.
Rookie Auto is the main source of signatures on the 2022-23 O-Pee-Chee Platinum Hockey checklist. All come with on-card signatures and carry a design that’s similar to the base set.
Parallels for these include:
As for other inserts, Retros make the jump over from the main 2022-23 O-Pee-Chee set, landing every other pack. Parallels include Rainbow (1:12), Blue Traxx (/199), Houndstooth (/15) and Golden Treasures (1/1). Pink Pulsar parallels are blaster-exclusives, landing 1:120 packs. Red Autographs are available for select veterans (1:192 packs) and rookies (1:384 packs).
Other inserts include Photo Driven (1:3 packs), Sweet Selections (1:4 packs) and new Galvanized (1:4 packs). All three have one-of-one Golden Treasures versions plus autographs.

The base set has its usual mix of veterans and rookies.
For the vets, standard cards come numbered to 249. Parallels for select cards take on a variety of elevated forms with autographs and memorabilia added to the mix. Signatures include:
On the relic side, there are:
Printing Plate Booklets are also available that include all four of the colors connected together rather than just individual plates like most products offer.
For first-year players, most get the Rookie Patch Autograph treatment. Like other years, depending on the player, they’re numbered to either 249 or 99.
RPA parallels include:
Some rookies don’t have the patch, but their base cards still come with signatures. These have 249 copies with additional Gold Spectrum Foil (/36 or /24), Gold Foil (/24), Red Foil (/4) and Black Foil (1/1) versions.
Variations are also available for rookies that have neither an autograph or piece of memorabilia. Each has 249 copies.
While most of the cards in The Cup outside of the base set have autographs, memorabilia or both, there are some standard inserts on the checklist.
Both All-Time Alum and Rookie Class of 2022 have 249 copies each. All-Time Alum has Inscription Autograph versions numbered to 50 and under while Rookie Class of 2022 has some autographs (/50), patch (/49) and autographed patch (/10 or fewer) cards.
The Show Rookies has similar but separate Black and White versions, each numbered to 99. Similar vet inserts have 49 copies. Autographs are 1:24 packs for rookies and 1:30 for veterans. Gold Autographs are all one-of-ones.
Championship Etchings (/15) return for another year.
Redemptions for Artist Proofs uncut sheets are randomly inserted in tins as well.
Rookies play a major role on the 2021-22 Upper Deck The Cup Hockey checklist, not just with the standard RPAs.
For those looking for something big in the literal sense, book cards are available with Autographed Monumental Rookie Patch Booklets (/6) and Brand Logo Autographed Rookie Booklets (/3).
Taking it back to the brand’s debut years, there are 2005-06 Rookie Auto Patch (/10) cards that use the original design and apply it to current players.
Other first-year-focused signature themes include Inked Insignias Rookies (/75), The NHL Collection Rookies (/35), Signature Swatches Rookies (/35), The Basics Auto Patch Rookies (/25), Autographed Rookie Gear (/24), Dual Auto Rookie Marks (/18), quad-piece Cup Foundations Rookies (/15), Emblems of Endorsements Rookies (/15), Rookie Rendition Relics Patch (/5), and Honorable Numbers (numbered to player’s jersey number).
The Basics is a new theme in 2021-22 Upper Deck The Cup Hockey. The dominant feature on these is a pair of overlapping circles that resemble a Venn Diagram. Autographs are 1:36 packs with rookies landing 1:20. There are also Patch (/25) and Autographed Patch (/15) cards.
Veteran-focused signature memorabilia sets include Signature Materials (/99 or less), Scripted Swatches (/35), Inked Insignias (/25), The NHL Collection (/25 or less), Dual Scripted Swatches (/15), Dual Signature Materials (/15 or /5), Emblems of Endorsements (/15), Scripted Sticks (/15), Autographed Pro Gear (/12), Dual Scripted Stick (/5), and Honorable Numbers that are hand-numbered to a specific stat.
Monumental Patch Booklets, which have signed and unsigned versions, and Brand Logo Autographed Booklets are all one-of-ones.
For those focused on ink, there’s plenty on the 2021-22 Upper Deck The Cup Hockey checklist. These include National Colors, Signature Renditions (1:15 packs), Brilliance (1:18 packs), Effervescence (1:42 packs, Rookies 1:18 packs), Day with the Cup Signatures (1:48 packs), Signature Renditions Combos (1:80 packs), Enshrinements (/99 or less), Enshrinements Duos (/25 or less), Player Plaques (/25, Rookies /35), NHL Glory Autos (/10), Legends of the NHL Triple Signed Booklets (/9), Nine-Way Signature Booklets (/9), Dual Ticket Booklets (/5), and Top Tens (numbered to player’s draft position).
When it comes to strictly memorabilia, Cup Foundations (/49, Rookies /99) have four swatches. Patch (/5, Rookies /10) and Patch Tag (1/1, Rookies /2) are also available. Autographs have no more than 15 copies each.
Cup Trios (/35), Quads (/25) and Sixes (/15) also deliver swatches in bulk. Rarer Patch, Tag and Button versions can be found for each level as well.
Notable Nameplates use letters taken from the back of a player’s jersey. Quantities vary depending on the length of their name.
Limited Logos is a mix of signed and unsigned memorabilia cards. In both cases, cards come numbered to 50, 25 or 10.
Other memorabilia themes include Rendition Relics, Rookie Rendition Relics (1:18 packs) and Strapped In (/15). Strapped In Autographs have 10 copies.
Exquisite Collection cards are also available in 2021-22 Upper Deck The Cup Hockey. These expand off of previous releases found in other super-premium sets.
Leading the way are Rookie Patch Autographs that are limited to the player’s jersey number. Auto Shield parallels are one-of-ones. Horizontal Variations have 25 copies plus a one-of-one Gold parallel.
There are also Exquisite Endorsements for both rookies and veterans that are numbered to 50 or fewer.
The landmark 2003-04 Exquisite Collection Basketball release that started it all gets more tributes. 2003-04 Exquisite Autographs (/25) and Auto Patch (/25 or /10) cards are available for vets and retired stars. 2003-04 Exquisite Limited Logos (/15 or less) and Limited Logos Rookies (/50) are also available.
Splendor is another brand that has a presence on the 2021-22 The Cup checklist. These include Rookie Auto Patch (/49), Update Rookie Auto Patch (/36), Auto Patch (/36), Autographs (/36) and Patch (/36) cards.

The main base set has 200 total cards. Half of this is veterans, which land two per box. The remaining 100 cards are rookies numbered to 399. Standard parallels include:
Select cards also have autograph versions. Veterans are 1:14 packs while rookies have either 199 or 99 copies. Additional signature parallels come in Green (/65 or less), Red (/35 or less), Blue (/10 or less), and Black (1/1).
In addition to traditional parallels, the base set has three levels of variations as well. Each of these has an assortment of colors and premium upgrades. The result is a fairly large overall checklist but one that is very much interconnected.
Image Variants (/99) change out the photo. Green parallels have 66 copies each while Red are limited to 33. Autographs are 1:28 packs on the vet side of the checklist and numbered to 49 for rookies. Green (/20 or less), Red (/5), Blue (/3) and Black (1/1) make up the parallels for these.
Next are Design Variants, which have 65 copies for their standard versions. From there, it breaks down into Red (/25) and Purple (1/1). Rather than just signatures, the top takes on these have both an autograph and patch. More Red and Purple (1/1) parallels populate the product.
Finally, there are Design and Image Variants that have both a different photo and layout. They’re also the rarest variations with just 22 copies plus Red (/11) and Purple (1/1). Autograph Patch cards are here, too.
The 2022-23 Upper Deck Stature Hockey checklist has three more insert sets. Wunderkind (1:2 packs) is all about rookies. Dignified (1:4 packs) puts the spotlight on legends from the past. Finally, there’s Splendid Skaters (1:4 packs), which looks to the NHL’s current leaders.
All three have the same assortment of parallels: Green (/150), Red (/75), Orange (/35), Blue (/15) and Black (1/1). Autograph and auto patch versions are also in the set’s lineup.

All 200 base cards, which are split evenly between rookies and veterans, come numbered to 299.
In addition to these are four levels of standard parallels:
Select base cards also have Autographs (1:8 packs, Rookies 1:10 packs), Auto Patch and one-of-one Auto Premium Memorabilia versions. Veterans also have Jersey cards (1:25 packs).
The hits in 2022-23 SPx Hockey go far beyond the base versions.
Rookie Auto Jersey cards have 375, 175 or 75 copies, depending on the player. There are also Spectrum (/65, /35 or /25), Patch (/35, /25 or /15) and Patch Spectrum (1/1) parallels.
SPx Signature Fabrics (/49, /25 or /10) take a similar approach combining swatches and player ink complete with Spectrum (/25, /10 or /5), Patch (/10, /5 or /3) and Patch Spectrum (1/1) versions.
New this year are HoloGraphs and Rookie HoloGraphs. All of these come with serial numbers including their Red, Gold and Blue (1/1) parallels.
Other standalone autograph sets include Superscripts (1:12 packs), Rookie Superscripts (1:10 packs), White Out Autographs (/25) and White Out Rookie Autographs (1:20 packs), all of which have Gold versions.
The 2022-23 SPx Hockey checklist has some nostalgia built into it that long-time collectors of the brand may recognize.
2002-23 SPx Retro goes back two decades for its design. Base versions have 199 copies each while Gold Spectrum parallels have 99. Autograph versions add some patterns to the background. These come in the form of Lunar Waves (1:25 packs, Rookies 1:15 packs) and Gold Whirlpool (1/1).
SPx Force inserts return, showcasing multiple players. The insert line was part of SPx’s early days in the 1990s. They’re tough with base versions landing 1:100 packs. Red Holo (/30), Gold Holo (/15) and Blue Holo (1/1) make up the parallels.
Another thing that made SPx stand out in the 1990s was holograms. They’re a theme Hologram Shadow Box (1:25 packs, Rookies 1:10 packs). Gold Spectrum (/99) and Black Gold (/10) versions can also be found.
Also new are HoloChampions (/299). These have a Red Holo (/65), Gold Holo (/35) and Blue Holo (1/1) rainbow. Some cards also get autographs that have Red Holo (/10), Gold Holo (/5) and Blue Holo (1/1) parallels.
NHL freshmen get the spotlight in Finite Rookies (/999). Gold (/499), Green (/199), Platinum (/99), Silver Spectrum (/49), Gold Spectrum (/25), Green Spectrum (/10) and Platinum Spectrum (1/1) are the parallels.
When it comes to serial numbered cards in 2022-23 SPx Hockey, Radiance FX have the highest print runs at 1,299 copies each. Complimenting them are Blue (/499), Red (/249), Gold (/99) and Green (/10) versions plus Purple Autographs for select cards.
The UD Black brand once again finds a home in SPx Hockey packs. While many of the other parts of the checklist have flashy foil and holo-inspired designs, UD Black cards live up to their name. So the tech aspect is still there, only with a different look.
Things start with Obsidian Rookies (/499) and their Gold (/99) and Purple (/25) parallels. Hits-based versions take the form of Jerseys (/499), Gold Patch (/35) and Purple Patch (1/1). Veteran players have Obsidian Jerseys (/399) as well.
Lustrous Rookie Signatures take a tiered approach with cards having 299, 199 or 99 copies. Gold (/25) and Green (1/1) parallels are available as well as Auto Patch (/125 or /75). Clarity Variants (/15) switch things up with a white background.
Pride of a Nation Auto Patch (/99 or /25) combine the player’s signature with a manufactured patch of their home country. Spectrum parallels are one-of-ones.

2022-23 SP Authentic Hockey Future Watch Base Parallels Breakdown

Retro Acetate Future Watch cards are another choice, promising iconic Future Watch designs from the past on acetate.
In addition, prior FW designs are revisited in 2002-03 Retro Autographed Future Watch (#/399 or less), 2012-13 Retro Autographed Future Watch (#/699 or less) and 2012-13 Retro Future Watch Autograph Patch (#/100 or less).

The other inserts include Future Icons (#/399), Holofoils (1:160 packs), SP Top Rookies (1:3 packs), and True Leaders (1:5 packs).
On top of that, 2022-23 SP Authentic Hockey supplies an assortment of familiar autograph lines, with most showcasing on-card autographs.
This includes the brand fixture Sign of the Times. Per UD, "All are hard-signed except for the Sign of the Times 3, 4, 6 and 8 cards."
More signed cards appear in Chirography (1:160 packs), Immortal Ink (#/10), Marks of Distinction (#/25), Pageantry Auto (1:67 packs), SP Curated Signatures (#'d), Telemetry Autographs (1:480 packs), and UD Authentics Autographs (1:70 packs).
Select cards also pair on-card autographs and game-used relics pieces, such as Limited Auto Material (#/100 or less).
The UD Authentics Auto Patch (#/49 or less) set offers another rare chase.
One final part of 2022-23 SP Authentic Hockey is the UD Bounty program. Those who finish the entire 91-card Spectrum FX set can redeem it for exclusive UD Bounty achievements.
The first 50 collectors to do so earn a surprise bonus plus the full 100-card Gold Spectrum FX set and the nine-card Spectrum FX Bounty Award Set.
Any other collectors that complete the Spectrum FX set can still redeem the nine-card Spectrum FX Bounty Award Set.

Not only does 2022-23 Upper Deck Allure Hockey bring back its traditional mix of colors, it’s adding a glitter bomb. The chrome release also promises an autograph per hobby box plus lots of other inserts.
The base set is a fairly modest 150 cards. The first 100 are veteran stars while rookies, which land one per pack, are the final 50.
Similar to O-Pee-Chee Platinum and virtually every other chromium release, there is no shortage of parallels, averaging out to about one per pack:
Retail and blaster packs are the only place to find White Diamond parallels. Veterans are 1:4 packs while rookies are 1:8.
The base set is also the inspiration for a good chunk of the autographs in 2022-23 Upper Deck Allure Hockey:
Photo Variations have also be added to the mix, landing 1:15 packs.
The 2022-23 Upper Deck Allure Hockey checklist has a generous amount of inserts as well.
Kicking things off is the sophomore edition of Color Flow. The idea behind these is that, when put side by side in the proper order, the parallel rainbow will seemless flow through the colors of the rainbow. While they average one per pack, there are several different levels:
Spectrum parallels have also been added for these, including a little gold at the end of the rainbow:
Full Rainbow Autographs and Golden Treasures Autographs are also available.
Doubloons are one of the new additions in 2022-23 Upper Deck Allure Hockey. Landing 1:160 hobby packs, they’re tough. The design, which includes laser etching, is double-sided.
Check Please is another debut. Putting the spotlight on some of the more physical players in the NHL, base versions are 1:45 packs with one-of-one Golden Treasures and numbered autograph versions also available.
After being a surprise in 2021-22 Allure, 16-Bit inserts return for a second round of video game-inspired designs. At 1:810 hobby packs, they’re scarce.
All-Time Allure is another rarity with 1:320 pack odds.
Allure Quartz have a die-cut design. Veterans are 1:12 packs while rookies fall 1:22.5 packs. Both have Golden Treasures (1/1) parallels. Some also have Autographs (1:500 packs) and Blue Autographs (/10).
Blockers (1:5.14 packs), Game Stills (1:9 packs) and Runways (1:9 packs) are among the other new inserts. There’s also the returning Iced Out (1:7.2 packs). All four of these have Red (/299), Green (/99), Purple (/10) and Golden Treasures (1/1) parallels as well as tough inserts.

2021-22 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Hockey is all about the high-end. Autographs and memorabilia cards are the start with much of the checklist bringing low serial-numbered print runs as well. It’s not just the number of hits, either. Many come with premium elements like on-card signatures, jumbo swatches or patches.
Hobby boxes include four cards. Of those, three are autographs, memorabilia or autographed memorabilia cards.
The base set consists of 200 total cards. However, it breaks down into three distinct sections. Veterans (#1-75) and Legends (#76-100) make up the first half of the set. Standard cards for both of these have 149 copies each. Ultimate Rookies Autographs fill out the checklist. Most are numbered to 299 although a dozen key players are short prints with just 99.
Parallels for Veterans and Legends start with Gold (/35), Purple (/15) and Black (/5).
Additional versions add signatures and swatches.
Premium Veteran parallels include Autographs (1:9 packs), Gold Autographs, Purple Autographs (/5), Jumbo Patch (/3), Jumbo Patch Autographs (/3), Black Autographs (1/1), Shield Patch (1/1) and Shield Patch Autographs (1/1).
For Legends, there aren’t quite as many options: Autographs (1:50 packs), Gold Autographs, Purple Autographs (/5), Black Autographs (1/1), and Jumbo Auto Patch (1/1).
Ultimate Rookies parallels start with Jersey versions (/699 or /499), which don’t have autographs and are actually more plentiful than their base counterparts. Collectors can also find Auto Patch (/99 or /49), Jumbo Auto Patch (/15) and Auto Shield Patch (1/1) cards.
Ultimate Displays is new. These draw inspiration from memorabilia displays that typically have a large photo and a couple of other elements matted in. Versions include Jersey (1:8), numbered Autograph Jersey, Patch (/25), numbered Auto Patch, Tag (/5), and Auto Tag (/6 or /3).
Ultimate Emblems, an autograph insert, is another debut. Vets and legends are 1:7 packs while rookies are 1:5. Parallels include Gold (/49 or /25) and Platinum (/10 or /5). The idea behind these is the inclusion of the product’s branding on a metal strip that has been added to the card.
2021-22 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Hockey has two additional memorabilia insert sets making their debut.
Ulti-Mates Jersey (1:10 packs) has swatches from two teammates. Patch (/35) and Tag (/3) parallels also also available.
Stick With Me highlights game-used sticks. Base versions have 35 copies each while Gold parallels are limited to 5.
Ultimate has long been a place to make one-of-one NHL Shield cards a central chase. For 2021-22 Ultimate Collection Hockey, they’re not limited to base parallels. Ultimate Shield Patches and Ultimate Shield Patch Autos give collectors additional chances, albeit slim, for a league logo.
Rookie Tandem Shield Patches (/2) have two of them, one from an NHL freshman and another from a veteran who is shown with a rookie-year photo.
The 2021-22 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Hockey checklist has several other places to find player ink and swatches.
Pro Threads (/49 or less) and Debut Threads (/99 or less) both return, combining signatures and swatches.
Ultimate Signatures (1:8 packs) and Ultimate Signatures Rookies (1:6 packs) bring more autographs to the checklist. Veterans have additional Gold (/10), Material and Premium Material versions. Rookie Signature Premium Materials can also be found.
2000-01 Ultimate Signatures Retros (1:56 packs) and Rookie Retros (1:32) both go back two decades for their design inspiration. Gold parallels have 10 copies each.
Other autograph themes in 2021-22 Ultimate Collection Hockey include Rookie Accents, Signature Masterpieces (1:16 packs) and Signature Material Laureates. There’s also a redemption for an Ultimate Inscriptions card.
On the memorabilia-only side, there are Ultimate Patches and Ultimate Premium Material. Ultimate Quad Material Jersey (/99 or less) use four pieces of gear. These come with Patch (/25 or less) and Tag (1/1) parallels.
Ultimate Introductions is an insert set revolving around rookies. Standard cards land 1:3 packs while Showcase short prints are 1:100. Gold (/49), Black (/25) and Purple (/5) parallels are available as well.
Autographs also appear for select cards at a rate of 1:5 packs or 1:200 for Showcase players. These have further Gold, Black (/10, Showcase /5) and Purple (1/1) versions.

A lot of things seem to happen in threes like celebrity deaths, company, and several parts of the 2022-23 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey checklist. Bringing back its trademark three-level rookie set-up, the numerical theme carries over into other part of the checklist as well.
Hobby boxes have both an autograph and a memorabilia cards. Three parallels and three rookies are also among what collectors can expect.
The base set has 250 total cards. However, with that are a handful of sections.
Veterans account for the first 100 cards. Red, Blue and Green parallels each have Common, Uncommon and Rare versions, each with different print runs:
Vets also have one-of-one Purple parallels.
Select cards also get the signature and swatch treatments with Jersey (1:28 hobby packs), Gold Auto (1:48), Patch, Patch Auto and Purple Auto (1/1) versions.
Fifty rookies are on the 2022-23 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey checklist, each with Common (/999), Uncommon (/699) and Rare (/299) versions. This means all 50 featured rookies have three different cards across Trilogy’s master base set.
Parallels include:
Like the set’s vets, rookies have autographs and memorabilia as well. Gold Autographs for Common Rookies come in four levels, numbered between 49 and 449 copies. There are also Jersey (/499) and Purple Autograph (1/1) versions. Uncommon Rookies Gold Autographs have either 149, 99 or 49 copies each. Patch parallels are numbered to 49. Rare Rookies Gold Autographs are tough with print runs of 33, 13 or 3. Tags have five copies.
One of the hallmarks of Trilogy Hockey outside of the three levels of rookies is the use of manufactured pucks as a signing surface. This tradition continues in 2022-23 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey, taking on a few forms.
Signature Pucks land 1:42 hobby packs. These have Team Logo (/23) and NHL Shield Logo (/3) versions. Rookie Signature Pucks are tougher at 1:144 packs. Parallels are the same, though.
Jumping back in time are 2021-22 Rookie Update Signature Pucks (1:720). Team Logo parallels have 22 copies while NHL Shield Logo versions are numbered to 2.
Goalies past and present star in Signature Puckstoppers (1:360 packs) along with their Team Logo (/23) and NHL Shield Logo (/3) versions.
The 2022-23 Trilogy Hockey checklist includes some other on-card autograph sets including Auto Focus (1:480), Auto Focus Rookies (1:1,200), Crystalized Signatures (1:480) and a new batch of five Scripted Hall of Fame Plaques, each of which has 25 copies.
On the memorabilia side, Honorary Triple Swatches (/35 or less) have three different game-used swatches. Triple Relics (/35) all have premium pieces from three different players.
Plexiglass inserts return in 2022-23 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey. Frozen in Time (/275) has superstars from both the present and the past. Frost Blue (/50) and Black Ice (1/1) make up the parallels.
Rookie Premier offers an upgraded version of the main set’s 50 rookies. Base versions have 299 copies with additional Gold Tint (/50) and Black Ice (1/1) parallels available. 2005-06 Rookie Premier Retro (/99) take the design back in time.
More first-year content is available in Rookie Renditions (1:5 packs). Standard parallels for these land in Red (/799), Blue (/399), Green (/99) and Pink (/25). There are also Jersey versions (1:25) with their own Patch (/25) and Purple Patch (1/1) versions as well as Autographs (/99 or less), Patch Autographs (/49 or less), Gold Autographs (/15) and Purple Patch Autographs (1/1).
Trilogy Generations (1:4) mixes current, retired and future standouts on its checklist. Standard color-based parallels all have serial numbers: Red (Veterans /799, Legends /699, Rookies/Young Stars /599), Blue (/299), Green (/75) and Pink (/10). Memorabilia versions include Jersey (/99), Patch (/15) and Purple Patch (1/1). Autographs come with varying print runs in addition to Patch Autographs (/15), Gold Autographs (10) and Purple Patch Autographs (1/1).
Other inserts on the 2022-23 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey checklist include Rookie Triptychs and Rookie Year Photo Variants, both of which are 1:120 packs.

The Synergy base set has 129 total cards. But within that are three subsets: veterans, Legends and Rookies. Vets and Legends come numbered to just 13. Rookies are more plentiful with 23 copies each, but that still makes them among the smallest print runs of the season.
It turns out that the parallels are actually more plentiful than the ones they’re based on. Every other pack for both hobby and e-Pack have a Red parallel. Of these, half of the ones found in hobby packs has a code that can be used for the 2022-23 Synergy Bounty. Purple (/99 or fewer) and Gold (/25) versions are also available. Some of the Purple cards also come with autographs.
Select rookies also have Portrait versions numbered to 13.
Things are kept pretty simple as far as standalone autograph inserts. There’s Greater Than Signatures (1:200 packs), Rink Ink (1:160 packs), and Rink Ink Rookies (1:120 packs). All three sets have Orange and one-of-one Blue parallels. Rink Ink Rookies also have Mystery Gold cards that are used as e-Pack achievement cards.
Different card technologies are a running theme in Synergy’s other inserts.
Cast for Greatness (1:62 packs) returns with a new batch of stars done as metal cards.
Acetate is the foundation for Cranked Up!, a large 100-card set where base versions have 699 copies each. Red (/399), Blue (/249), Purple (/99), Green (/65), Pink (/25), Black (/10) and Gold Spectrum (1/1) parallels are also available.
Light Up the Night also has 100 cards if you combine the veteran and rookie checklists. Done on Spectrum Light FX stock, these are numbered to 899. Blue (/399), Green (/99 or less), Pink (/75) and Gold (1/1) versions round these out. Many of the Green and Gold parallels also have autographs.
Rookie Journey is back with separate Home, Away and Draft versions for each of the featured 18 players on the checklist.
Other 2022-23 Upper Deck Synergy Hockey inserts include 2030 (1:4.5 packs), Star of the Show (1:4 packs), StarQuest (1:64 packs), and Synergistic Duos (/699).
The product’s Bounty program revolves around the Red parallels found in hobby packs. Half of these have a code on the back. The first 25 collectors to put together a full 125-card set and redeem them are eligible for exclusive cards not in packs.
The first 10 get Gold parallel sets for both the base set and Cast for Greatness. The remaining 15 get the Gold base sets.

Hobby boxes aren’t the only thing that’s bigger this year. The base set has 300 cards, up from 200. Getting more specific, there are 200 veterans and 100 Marquee Rookies, going deep into the season’s crop of first-year players.
At the hobby level, there are a dozen parallels. For these, Upper Deck continues to go beyond basic colors for many of them. Every standard printing patterns give way to photo-based backdrops. Taken as a whole, these highlight different natural phenomenon from various parts of the world.
The parallel breakdown includes:
The new configuration means more parallels per hobby box. Rainbow, Sunset and Matte Pink combine to land 11 per box. Five additional serial-numbered parallels are also in each box.
On top of the standard parallels, there are Retro Variations that change up the design. These average out to every other hobby pack. Retro parallels include Rainbow (1:12), Blue Rainbow (/149), Purple Houndstooth (/15) and Golden Treasures (1/1). Select cards also have autographs (Veterans – 1:192, Rookies – 1:384).
Every 2021-22 O-Pee-Chee Platinum Hockey hobby box has one autograph.
The majority of these are Rookie Autos and come with on-card ink. Parallels come in:
Other inserts, which come in three themes, combine to fall approximately one per hobby box. These sets are Photo Driven (1:3), Platinum Die-Cuts (1:4) and the rookie-centric Sweet Selections (1:4).
All three of these have one-of-one Golden Treasures versions while some also have tough autographs.

Things start with the typical 250-card base set. Picking up from where Series 1 left off, veterans cover numbered 251 through 450.
The remaining 50 cards are Young Guns. For many, these Rookie Cards are the focal point of the product. They are moderate short prints, though, landing 1:4 packs or six per hobby box.
Parallels are available in a handful of levels. French average out to one per hobby box with vets landing 1:30 packs and Young Guns 1:120. Acetate Clear Cut cards (1:96, Young Guns – 1:288) are exclusive to hobby packs and not available anywhere else. Serial numbered parallels take the form of Exclusive (/100) and High Gloss (/10).
2022-23 Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey has a deep inserts checklist. The biggest is another installment of UD Canvas, which more than doubles Series 1’s 120 cards and take the overall set up to #270. Ninety veterans combine to fall 1:8 packs while 30 Young Guns are 1:48. The remaining 30 cards are split evenly between Retired and Program of Excellence subsets, each with 1:192 packs odds. One-of-one UD Canvas Printing Plates are randomly inserted.
UD Portraits is another continuation, this time with a rookie theme. A total of 40 cards are in Series 2. Standard cards are 1:14 packs. The final 10 are short prints landing 1:120 packs. All also have Silver parallels (/99, SP /25) and Printing Plates.
Two other expanding insert sets include Honor Roll (1:12) and Population Count. Honor Roll parallels come in Rainbow (/250), Gold Rainbow (/25) and Printing Plates. Population Count versions are number-based, which indicates their print run: 1000, 500, 100, 50, 25, 10 and 1.
Blue Dazzlers (1:24 packs) grow by 50 cards. Pink (1:144 packs) and Printing Plates are also in hobby packs.
For more bright colors, Fluorescence is back for another year. Versions include Gold (/150), Blue (/50), Green (/15) and Magenta (/5).
Day with the Cup ranks among the rarest inserts in the product at 1:1,000 hobby packs.
While hits aren’t a major part of 2022-23 Upper Deck Series 2, Rookie Materials (1:144 hobby packs) do bring some memorabilia to the checklist. Patch parallels have 25 copies each.
A handful of insert sets are new to Series 2.
Highlighters put the spotlight on 25 major moments from the 2021-22 season using acetate stock. Versions include Yellow (1:192 hobby packs), Orange (1:576), Pink (1:1,536) and Green (1:4,608).
Lunch Box Legends (1:16 hobby packs) take their inspiration from 1970s lunch boxes. Gold (1:320) and Printing Plates of these are also available.
Greetings From (1:15 hobby packs) focus primarily on the player’s city or state. World Junior Grads (1:20 hobby packs) look at some of the best from the tournament. Both of these also have Gold and Printing Plate parallels.
Although not entirely new, the last time Calder Candidates appeared on an Upper Deck Hockey checklist was when Eric Lindros, Teemu Selanne and Felix Potvin were rookies. It’s back with key names who could be contending for Rookie of the Year honors once the season comes to a close. Standard versions are 1:37 packs with Gold (1:739) and Printing Plates also available.

The main base set consists of 100 cards, each numbered to 299. Parallels do exist, but they’re in the form of traditional hits including Jersey (1:25 packs), Autographs (1:32), Patch Autographs, and one-of-one Premium Patch Autographs.
Rookie Jersey Auto cards come in three tiers based on their print runs. Tier 1 are the most common with 375 copies each. These are followed by Tier 2 (/175) and Tier 3 (/75). Spectrum (/65 or less) and Patch (/35 or less) parallels are also in the mix.
Another autograph memorabilia set with multiple levels of production numbers is SPx Signature Fabrics. Base versions for these have no more than 49 copies while Spectrum parallels top out at 25. There are also Patch (/10) and Patch Spectrum (1/1) cards.
Shadow Box inserts return with their layered design approach. Spectrum Light FX is used for the main part of the card. On top is acetate with an additional image. Rookie are 1:25 packs while vets fall 1:70. Select cards have autographs as well. First-year players have a maximum of 175 copies while it’s 99 for veterans.
Other autograph inserts include Superscripts (1:30), Rookie Superscripts (1:60), SPx Signatures (1:60), and SPx Rookie Signatures (1:150). All four have Gold parallels as well.
Double XL Duos Materials (/99 or less) return in 2021-22 SPx Hockey. Look around the hobby as a whole and there’s no shortage of dual-player memorabilia cards. These standout, though, thanks to their oversized swatches and distinct layout. Premium parallels are numbered to 10 or less.
Other relic-driven parts of the set include Rookie Jersey (1:14), Winning Materials (1:33), SPx Jersey (1:48), Extravagant Materials (1:65) and Winning Combos (1:115). Besides either Gold Spectrum or Premium parallels, autographs are available for some Winning Materials, Winning Combos and Extravagant Materials cards.
The 2021-22 SPx Hockey checklist has a lot of parts. This includes some inserts that don’t have swatches or signatures.
Finite Rookies (/399) spotlight key first-year players. These have several parallels including Gold (/299), Green (/199), Platinum (/99), Silver Spectrum (/75), Gold Spectrum (/35), Green Spectrum (/15), and Platinum Spectrum (1/1).
Radiance F/X is a new insert. Base versions are 1:8.5 packs while additional parallels can be found in Red (/150), Gold (/50), Green (/25) and Purple (1/1). Some cards also have autographs.
Upper Deck’s UD Black brand finds a home once again in 2021-22 SPx Hockey. It’s been a standalone line several times in the past but its worked into the larger checklist here.
These start with Obsidian Rookies (/349). Standard parallels include Gold (/99), and Purple (/25). Jersey versions have 399 copies as well as Gold Patch (/35) and Purple Patch (1/1).
The Obsidian theme continues in Scripts (1:100), Rookie Scripts (1:200) and Jersey (/249).
Lustrous Rookie Signatures (/299 or less) and Lustrous Rookie Patch Autographs (/125 or less) come with on-card ink. Signatures have Gold (/25) and Purple (1/1) parallels. Patch Autographs have Spectrum (1/1) versions as well as Clarity Variants (/15) that switch up the backdrop from black to something much lighter.
Pride of a Nation Patch cards return. Rookies and veterans are limited to 99 copies or less. and have one-of-one Spectrum parallels. Some cards come with autographs. Signed or not, the idea behind these is to showcase a manufactured patch of where the player comes from.
